Website analytics are currently disabled. That Dam BBS is not presently sending visitor activity to Road Hammer Analytics or Mixpanel.
The analytics code has been retained in the private repository for possible future use, but it is parked behind a disabled-by-default switch. While parked, the site does not create analytics visitor identifiers, send analytics events, load the Mixpanel software, or display an analytics consent banner.
Information voluntarily provided through STWL systems, including Road Hawk when it becomes available, is used only for authorized business, operational, compliance, safety, support, recordkeeping, service-improvement, and site-security purposes.
Any future reactivation of Road Hammer Analytics or Mixpanel will require an intentional code change, privacy review, testing, and an updated public notice before collection resumes.
Mixpanel will remain subject to explicit permission, with advertising profiles, automatic form capture, session replay, and authenticated-user identity disabled unless this notice is formally changed.
Information may be shared only when needed to provide services, comply with law, protect the business, support authorized operations, maintain records, secure the public site, or fulfill a user-approved request.
That Dam BBS is a public-facing site. Internal client records, restricted project material, credentials, private analytics administration, and operational communications do not belong on public pages.
